The Role

You'll play a key role in helping landlords secure quality tenants while guiding applicants through the rental process from enquiry to move-in.

This is a varied position where no two days are the same, giving you the opportunity to build relationships, generate business, and contribute directly to the continued success of the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Registering and qualifying prospective tenants
• Matching applicants to suitable properties
• Conducting viewings and converting interest into lets
• Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and tenants
• Building strong relationships with landlords and applicants
• Progressing tenancies through to successful move-in
• Identifying opportunities to win additional instructions
• Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the lettings journey

What Will Help You Succeed

• Previous experience within residential lettings, estate agency, or property
• A proactive and target-driven approach
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Confidence dealing with landlords, tenants, and applicants
• Well organised with excellent attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
