The Role

As Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be at the heart of the lettings process, building relationships with applicants, landlords, tenants, and local property owners. You’ll help maintain high occupancy levels, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure each let is handled smoothly from first enquiry through to move-in.

Daily Tasks Will Include

• Registering new applicants and understanding their property requirements
• Arranging and carrying out property viewings
• Following up with applicants and negotiating offers
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors where needed
• Supporting tenancy progression and move-in preparation
• Keeping property listings accurate and engaging across portals
• Building local market knowledge and spotting new business opportunities
• Working closely with the wider team to deliver a professional lettings service

What We’re Looking For

You’ll need previous experience in lettings or estate agency, along with a genuine interest in property and customer service. Strong communication skills, good organisation, and the ability to stay calm in a busy office environment will be key.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle will be required, as viewings and appointments form an important part of the role.
