Be part of the team that keeps property transactions moving

A great sales progression team can be the difference between a sale completing smoothly and a chain falling apart. If you enjoy problem-solving, building relationships and seeing transactions successfully through to completion, this is an opportunity to play a vital role within a busy and professional property business.

This position offers the chance to become a key point of contact for buyers, sellers, solicitors and mortgage brokers, helping to keep momentum in the sales process while delivering a first-class customer experience.

Why consider this opportunity?

You'll join a supportive team where your contribution is genuinely valued. Rather than simply processing files, you'll be trusted to take ownership of transactions, proactively manage progress and help customers navigate one of the most important purchases of their lives.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with property, conveyancing, sales progression or estate agency experience who enjoys working with people and takes pride in seeing deals successfully over the line.

The Role

As a Sales Progressor, you will manage property sales from agreed offer through to completion, ensuring all parties remain informed and committed throughout the process.

You'll become the central point of contact for everyone involved, helping to resolve issues, minimise delays and maintain strong communication across the chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Progress property sales from offer agreed through to completion.
  • Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and other agents.
  • Monitor chains and identify potential issues before they become obstacles.
  • Keep all parties regularly updated on progress.
  • Chase outstanding paperwork and key milestones.
  • Support negotiators by helping maximise completion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records and notes on internal systems.
  • Deliver a professional and reassuring customer experience throughout the transaction.

What Will Help You Succeed

  • Previous experience in sales progression, estate agency, conveyancing or a related property role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Confidence communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

What's on Offer

  • Salary of £26,000.
  • Stable, full-time position based in Northampton.
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment.
  • Opportunity to develop your property industry knowledge and career.
  • Varied role with genuine responsibility and ownership.
  • The satisfaction of helping customers successfully move home.
