The Role

As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll play a key part in helping landlords let their properties quickly and professionally while guiding applicants through the rental process with confidence and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Register and qualify prospective tenants.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Match applicants with suitable properties.
• Negotiate tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants.
• Build lasting relationships with landlords and applicants.
• Progress lets from enquiry through to move-in.
• Identify opportunities to maximise every letting.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the journey.

What Will Help You Succeed

• Previous experience within residential lettings.
• A positive, proactive approach to customer service.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries.
• Confidence building relationships with people from all backgrounds.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
