The role

You will take responsibility for the performance and growth of the lettings operation in Leamington Spa.

Your focus will be on winning new business, developing landlord relationships, improving team performance and ensuring every opportunity is converted effectively. You will set the standard for the branch while remaining commercially focused and visible within the local market.

• Growing the lettings portfolio and increasing local market share

• Leading, coaching and motivating the lettings team
• Improving branch performance, activity and conversion levels
• Identifying new business opportunities across the local area
• Maintaining high standards of service and compliance
• Using market knowledge to support pricing and growth decisions

What will help you succeed

You will already have strong experience within residential lettings, ideally in a management, valuation or senior business development role.

You should be commercially minded, confident winning instructions and motivated by the opportunity to grow a business. Local knowledge of Leamington Spa or the surrounding area would be a strong advantage.
