The role

As Sales Negotiator, you’ll manage buyers from initial enquiry through to offer while helping the branch generate new business and deliver a strong customer experience.

You’ll be speaking with applicants every day, understanding what motivates them to move and making sure every opportunity to arrange a viewing, secure an offer or generate a valuation is maximised.

Key responsibilities

Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers
Matching applicants to suitable properties and generating viewings
Following up viewings and identifying opportunities to secure offers
Negotiating effectively between buyers and vendors
Helping turn enquiries into valuations and new instructions
Keeping applicants engaged with relevant properties
Supporting sales progression and maintaining momentum through the transaction
Contributing to branch targets and overall performance

What will help you succeed

Previous estate agency experience would be a real advantage, particularly if you’re currently working as a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent or Property Consultant.

More importantly, you’ll be commercially minded, comfortable picking up the phone and motivated by turning conversations into results.

You’ll need a full UK driving licence and a genuine interest in developing your career within residential property.
