Key responsibilities (brief)

Conducting accurate, data-led property valuations to secure high-quality instructions across Nottingham.
Converting market appraisal opportunities into exclusive multi-week vendor agreements.
Managing high-value property sales from initial offer negotiation through to successful legal completion.
Building long-term relationships with local vendors, buyers, and property investors.
Identifying opportunities to cross-sell financial services and conveyancing solutions.
Mentoring junior negotiators to raise overall branch conversion and service standards.

Proven track record in residential sales within UK estate agency.
