We are seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee a local residential portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants while driving high standards across tenancy renewals, maintenance, and compliance.

Key responsibilities (brief)

Managing landlord and tenant relationships to ensure long-term retention and positive client feedback.
Coordinating routine and emergency property maintenance using trusted local contractors to preserve asset value.
Overseeing property inspections, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring clear inventory reporting and prompt deposit resolutions.
Driving statutory compliance across all managed properties, including Gas Safety, EICR, and EPC regulations.
Handling lease renewals and rent reviews to maximise yield for property owners.
Managing arrears proactively through clear, professional communication and structured payment plans.
Resolving complex tenancy disputes constructively, maintaining balanced and fair solutions for all parties.

What will help you succeed

Proven experience within UK residential property management or lettings administration is essential.
Strong knowledge of current UK lettings legislation and compliance standards.
Excellent organisational habits with the ability to prioritise maintenance workflows efficiently.
A clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for local site visits.
NFoPP or ARLA qualifications are advantageous, though industry experience is prioritised.
