You will manage a manageable, well-maintained portfolio across Mansfield and surrounding towns, serving as the trusted point of contact for property owners, contractors, and tenants.

Key responsibilities (brief)

• Managing property maintenance requests from report through to quality sign-off with trusted local trades.
• Overseeing routine property inspections and delivering thorough condition reports to landlords.
• Ensuring strict statutory compliance across gas safety, EICRs, EPCs, and licensing regulations.
• Handling tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and deposit negotiation with a balanced, consultative approach.
• Serving as the central point of contact for landlord portfolio updates and advice.
• Coordinating end-of-tenancy check-outs and managing deposit allocations efficiently.
• Building long-term relationships with local landlords to foster client retention and word-of-mouth referrals.

What will help you succeed

• Proven hands-on experience in residential property management or lettings administration.
• Strong knowledge of current UK residential lettings legislation and safety compliance standard.
• Outstanding problem-solving ability with a calm, organized approach to daily workload.
• Familiarity with modern property management systems such as Reapit, Fixflo, or Alto.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for local site visits.
