As a Lettings Negotiator, you will manage the complete enquiry-to-move-in process, acting as the primary consultant for both landlords and prospective tenants across high-demand Manchester developments.

Key responsibilities (brief)

Guide prospective tenants through viewing journeys across Manchester's premier residential developments
Negotiate tenancy terms to secure optimal rental yields and low void periods for landlord clients
Qualify applicant enquiries efficiently to maintain high conversion rates from viewing to offer
Manage the offer acceptance process through to reference completion and move-in setup
Build lasting relationships with local landlords to generate repeat business and instructions
Cross-sell additional property services, including fully managed landlord packages and insurance solutions
Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless handovers for new tenancies
Consistently hit and exceed monthly revenue and deal volume targets

Proven track record of success within a UK residential lettings or property environment
Deep familiarity with the Manchester residential rental market and city centre geography
Strong closing ability with a consultative approach to landlord and tenant negotiations
Confident understanding of current UK lettings legislation and compliance standards
