As a Property Valuer, you will serve as the face of the brand across Warwick, conducting professional market appraisals, pitching tailored marketing strategies to prospective vendors, and winning new instructions to drive agency growth.

Key responsibilities (brief)

Deliver engaging, consultative market appraisals across a diverse portfolio of residential properties in Warwick and surrounding villages
Convert warm valuation enquiries into exclusive listing instructions through clear market analysis and tailored pitch strategies
Build long-term relationships with local homeowners, acting as a trusted property advisor throughout their selling journey
Set accurate listing prices that balance swift time-to-market metrics with maximum achievable value for vendors
Cross-sell agency services, including legal pack solutions, mortgage referrals, and premium property presentation upgrades
Analyze local market trends and competitor activity across Warwickshire to continually refine pitching techniques

What will help you succeed

Proven experience conducting residential property valuations or acting as a Senior Negotiator with appraisal exposure in the UK agency sector
