As a Property Manager, you will oversee a well-maintained residential portfolio across Oldham and the surrounding area, serving as the central point of contact for routine maintenance, tenancy renewals, and property compliance.
Key responsibilities (brief)
- Manage a structured portfolio of residential properties, maintaining strong landlord retention and high tenant satisfaction levels
- Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance efficiently by leveraging an established network of vetted local contractors
- Conduct periodic property inspections, producing clear digital reports for landlord clients
- Oversee tenancy renewals and rent review negotiations to maximize rental yields for property owners
- Handle tenant queries and dispute resolutions smoothly to minimize tenancy turnover and void periods
- Ensure complete legal compliance across the portfolio, including gas safety, EICRs, EPCs, and licensing standards
- Manage deposit return negotiations and end-of-tenancy checkout processes fairly and accurately
- Work closely with internal accounts teams to ensure prompt contractor payments and rent arrears tracking

- Solid background in residential property management within the UK lettings industry

- Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle for routine property visits
