As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be the driving force behind securing top-tier tenants for a substantial portfolio of residential properties across Sheffield and its surrounding suburbs.

Key responsibilities (brief)

Converting high-volume applicant enquiries into confirmed property viewings across the Sheffield region
Managing face-to-face property viewings to match prospective tenants with their ideal homes
Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and applicants to achieve optimal monthly rental values
Conducting detailed applicant background and reference checks to ensure reliable tenancies
Spotting opportunities to cross-sell additional property management services to self-managing landlords
Proactively nurturing the database to minimise vacancy periods across managed stock
Overseeing the move-in process to ensure full regulatory compliance prior to key collection

What will help you succeed

Proven experience within residential lettings or a fast-moving, target-driven sales position
Good working knowledge of the Sheffield rental market and local residential areas
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding personal performance targets
Professional, persuasive approach when negotiating with landlords and prospective tenants
Valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

What is on offer

Basic salary of £26,000 per annum
Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of £32,000 to £36,000 in year one
