As Property Manager, you will act as the single point of contact for landlords and tenants, managing end-to-end tenancy lifecycles, maintenance operations, and statutory compliance across a diverse portfolio in Doncaster and the surrounding South Yorkshire region.

Key responsibilities

Managing day-to-day maintenance operations and contractor allocation to ensure swift, cost-effective property repairs
Conducting regular property inspections and generating detailed reports to safeguard asset condition for landlords
Overseeing tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and notice processing in full alignment with current legislation
Ensuring strict statutory compliance across safety certification, gas safety, EICRs, and deposit protection schemes
Resolving tenant enquiries and complex property issues efficiently to maintain high retention rates and tenant satisfaction
Building long-term, consultative relationships with portfolio landlords to maximize client retention and portfolio performance
Managing checkout procedures, deposit negotiations, and dilapidation disputes professionally and fairly
Coordinating smooth tenant move-ins, inventory checks, and key handovers in partnership with the lettings team

What will help you succeed

Proven track record as a Property Manager or Lettings Coordinator within UK residential lettings
Solid understanding of current UK lettings legislation and tenancy compliance standards
Proficiency with modern property management software and CRM platforms
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize maintenance workloads and manage contractor relationships
Valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle for property visits
