The Role

As Lettings Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day performance of the department, ensuring both your team and your clients receive an exceptional level of service. You'll play a key role in driving business growth while creating a positive, high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the lettings team to achieve their full potential.
• Drive instructions, market share and overall department performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and investors.
• Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and best practice.
• Monitor performance against targets and identify opportunities for growth.
• Maximise every valuation and business development opportunity.
• Maintain exceptional customer service throughout the lettings journey.
• Work closely with senior leadership to support the continued success of the branch.

What Will Help You Succeed

• Previous experience managing a successful lettings team.
• A proven track record of winning business and growing a lettings portfolio.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
• A commercial mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Full UK driving licence.
